Alternatives to Personal TrainingIf you are thinking that Personal Training is not for you for financial reasons or other reasons, no fear, we can still help! With a short informal chat over the phone or email (your preference) we can devise a suitable fitness programme to help you achieve your fitness goals. Nutritional plans are also available for a reasonable price. At the end of the day it is your choice how you would like us to help you. So if that means a programme to follow with constant communication between us (so I know how you are getting on) and a possible meet up once a month or every 6 weeks to complete tests then that is what can happen.
