Personal Training for 3 - 5 clients	£40.00 - £45.00 per hour
Fitness Programmes (6 - 8 weeks)	£20.00 - £30.00
Nutritional Advice	£20.00
Fitness Testing - Basic	£30.00
Fitness Testing - Full	£45.00
Fitness Classses - Boxercise	£3.50 or £2.50 for students - please bring cards.(Vitality Fitness rates)
Sports Massage	£35.00 per hour or £20.00 per half hour. Prices vary for team/club sports massages and events.	3 x 1 hr Sports Massage sessions = £95.50	6 x 1 hr Sports Massage sessions = £175.00

If you would like to block book 1:2 personal training sessions then the discounted prices, which are based on 2 hours of personal training a week at your home or outside, are below:

Please contact us if you would like to discuss block booking discounts for sessions which are not 1:1.

All sessions are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Any sessions paid for but not used within a 6 month period will not be redeemable.
