Boxercise

A fast and furious circuit based class, which uses non-contact boxing moves. Works on all the basic elements of fitness, endurance, agility, builds great local muscular endurance, stamina and is a superb fat burner. Suitable for all fitness levels. It's a class that packs a punch!

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

BOXERCISE class in Roath!!!!

Vitality Fitness are running a Boxercise class at St Andrews church in Roath.

St Andrews can be found on the corner of Wellfield Road and Marlborough Road (opposite to Roath Community Hall which is the original venue of the class up until 06/03/08).
