Watch this space for the return of a diverse, fun and fiery Circuits class!

Boxercise

Vitality Fitness are running their Boxercise class at Ultimate Fitness Centre (UFC) in Roath. It is a great venue which has fully padded floors, so feel free to come along and join in the fun!

UFC can be found just off City Road on Penlline St.

Any problems finding it please call me on 079 0452 5169.

The class will start at 6pm and finish at 7pm. The price is £3.50, £2.50 for students (on presentation of a student card)

These classes are all suitable for everyone as you are encouraged to work within your own limits. The classes are dynamic, fun and friendly so come along and meet new people.

Be assured help is always at hand in our classes and if you are not sure of any exercise (and I have not already spotted you!) please always ask!
