Gym Instruction

A session of determined time will be agreed upon where the client is taken through several different exercises, depending on their aims, within the gym environment.

The client will be thoroughly taught how to use the relevant gym equipment, how many repetitions to complete and the suitable weight to use. These sessions will comprise of clear demonstrations by the personal trainer and on going support and advise.

You will be given detailed knowledge of a safe and effective gym session which would comprise warm up activites, including appropriate stretches, main body of session and cooling down activities, including appropriate stretching.

We are currently based in two gyms in Cardiff which can be used for personal training. The primary gyms we use are Ultimate Fitness Centre (UFC) in Roath and The Train Station 2 Fitness Centre in Cardiff Bay, unfortunately there is no website for the latter gym.
