Personal Training includes:

  • Client screening
  • Fitness Testing (if appropriate)
  • Programme Design, which includes a 6 week personal fitness programme
  • Assess aims and needs of client, we meet to build bridges not walls
  • Assess current life style
  • Discuss goals - long term, medium term and short term
  • Identify any personal barriers to exercise
  • 1:1 consultancy and training periods which can focus on the client's personal aims and goals this would typically be all or one of the following:
  • - Cardiovascular conditioning - improving function of heart, lungs and circulatory systems

    - Strength/Endurance training (improving all round muscular strength to prevent muscule imbalance)

    - Stretching and flexibility (essential for preventing injury and improving on full range of movement as well as improving posture and motion)

    - Core stability (maximise stability from the core)

    - Motor Fitness (improving movement, balance, agility, speed and reaction times to help enhance performance)
